New message on unpaid items?
I mainly only do BIN listings with immediate payment and have it set up so even on some of my offers they need to pay if I accept an offer. However one buyer managed to offer, I accepted and they didn't pay - very annoying.
It's been a while since I've had an unpaid but the message this time is different. After 4 days it automatically cancelled but the message from ebay is titled
The buyer wants to cancel their orderThen the body of the message says
The buyer didn't pay for this order, so it was automatically cancelled based on your Seller preferences.
If the buyer left any feedback for this order, we'll remove it.
If you have any questions or concerns, just get in touch. We’re here to help.
Thanks for being part of the eBay community.

Interestingly it says nothing about buyer getting a strike. I've obviously already blocked the buyer , but I don't like to think the strike system is not still in play. I will check my history log page when I have a moment to see if people with 2 or more strikes are still being blocked, I do hope so.

I'm very skeptical that eBay bother with taking any action whatsoever. At this point I don't think eBay care about sellers at all - they have a monopoly when it comes to online auction places and no shortage of sellers out there.
