ECP Car Park - No Payment
Got a £100 invoice as a result of forgetting pay on the way out of an ECP car park (not retail).
I've read the newbies thread with a view to appealing as keeper and appealing to POPLA and a few recent ECP posts. I saw one that suggested no point appealing to ECP or POPLA if invoice relates to overstaying. I assume the same is true of not paying at all?
Do ECP tend to follow through with court action?

Yes …and more importantly, no.
YES, you'll get a claim form but DCB Legal always discontinue. So no, they don't finish what they start and you'll pay nowt.
