    No its not a big problem, it can be corrected in his witness statement in several months time

    My reaction would be, 'Well, they would say that, wouldn't they ?"

    But

    DO study the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum because your current letter was forecast because everyone gets something similar, so dont get caught out again, know whats coming next , be prepared !

    Delete that post which is unnecessarily bulking out your thread now (you don't want a 5 page thread about the joke pre-action letters, which will put people off reading your case & helping when you actually need us).
