    We have filled the AOS as advised on the 19th.

    Can you please help understand what to do next. I can't find the template that needs adapting, only discussions about peoples' specific wordings.

    Where is the actual template please ?

    I don't know much about administration law but I believe that action has to be brought by the administrators and the address for the claimant has to be company (in Adminstration) c/o Administrator's address.

    A solicitor freestyling, with no knowledge by the Administrators (as this appears to be) is not permitted. And probably a SRA breach.

    I'd hold fire until someone with knowledge in this area helps…

    Claim was issued on 4th March, so before the company went into administration, (which was 16th March).

    I'm sure it can't just continue as if nothing had happened though. I believe the court should stay the claim once aware and make an order for further information.

    It's what you put in your defence to bring the situation to Northampton's attention though…

    I have been reading but can’t find the right info. Please your help again can you post the defence letter, I found different discussions about people’s defences but not the actual letter.
