Hi All

Received today from elite parking mangement court letter issue date 13th March 2026, my brother was driving my car and didnt register for 2hr free parking.

So process starts again to defend myself.

With an issue date of 13/03/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 18/03/26 and before or on 01/04/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 15/04/26

Use the template defence (seems like you have been here before) and complete your paragraph #3 which refutes the POC on the claim form. Can we see the POC?

3. The defendant wasn’t the driver a the time of the alleged breach, the driver was the defendants brother who parked and paid for parking for 1hr 30min ending at 10am on 18/11/2025, the driver believed the harassing letters was a scam.

Did your brother pay for his own car by mistake or made a typo in the VRM?

Also show us the original Notice to Keeper that was received.

It has to be 100% in order for them to be able to claim keeper liability.

No VRM is correct and timing correct
