can you change delivery address for ALL future deliveries .. EVRi / DPD

Is there a way to change ALL future deliveries from EVRi and DPD ?

There is a local website and almost on a daily basis there are stories of parcels being photographed at unknown places and buyers just left astonished as to where their parcels are located.

I have had similar cases too.

Late last year I had an email from DPD stating a parcel would be arriving the following day, between, lets say 2 and 3. Knowing I do a school run I opted to have it sent to my local PO. This was 24 hours ahead of the expected delivery time. As it was, just as I was about to go, the DPD wagon showed up. The driver was most rude when I asked why it had been delivered to my home despite me changing the address 24 hours earlier

If I can stop all deloiveries to my address and can collect any from the PO that would be great

I doubt you can, certainly with some couriers the merchant has the option to prevent you selecting it being delivered to an alternative address or being left in a safe place. Given they are the ones that are paying for the service their decision would overrule your preference.

Diverting legitimate deliveries away from home addresses is also a known method for fraudsters to obtain high-value items (like phones).

Some senders won't allow diversion for this reason.
