Entering on average 10 competitions a day for the past year and nothing is this the norm ?

Your probability of winning comps if you're entering 10 a day is going to be quite low i'm afraid. There are people on this forum who enter way more per day who get a handful of wins per month.

It's a hobby that takes a lot of time and patience but when it does become fruitful it's a nice feeling. However because of time commitments and the feeling of not winning much, some people do tire of it quickly.

I reckon I enter about 1000-1500 per month and am delighted if I win one prize of any value per month. However, the fun is in the unexpected, enter and forget and any win is a thrill. It really is a numbers game, the more you enter the more likely you are to succeed, occasionally with a prize that that you would never have thought you could ever afford. You have as much chance as any of us in any particular competition, so keep going and Lady Luck will one day shine upon you.

The odds of winning any competition are pretty slim.

Entering 10 comps a day is 3,650 per year. So numbers-wise, you aren’t likely to win once a year.

You need a large slice of luck to win any competition, never mind something substantial.

i enter thousands every week if i count all the MD competitions as well. I have only won 2 competitions this year so far.
Thats better than 2024 I only won 1 prize all year.
I enter because its my hobby, if i win i win if i don't 🤷

Honestly, that doesn’t sound unusual at all. Competitions are a numbers game and even entering daily doesn’t guarantee anything in a year. Some people go ages with nothing, then suddenly win a few close together.

This is very unusual what comps are you entering. 10 a day means 300 a month. You should get 3 wins a month.

Hmm, only if you are VERY lucky! I enter about 1500+ per month currently and count myself fortunate if I get a single prize of any description in a month.
