BA cancelled flights, Qatar haven't

It’s one of those cases where the options for rebooking your return flight will improve nearer the time. So if you want to still holiday and you don’t have commitments here in the UK that would mean you absolutely can’t arrive home a few days late, I would still go.
Nearer the time you would then need to spend some time re-arranging your flight home. This may mean time on the phone or even turning up at the airport as they can often do more there. Accept that a re-routing may involve more stops than your current plans. If the airlines are still so booked up that you can’t find a timely flight home flying west, think about flying east and coming home via California, assuming you are eligible for an ESTA.
