I’m glad things have been resolved for you, but don’t push your luck.
That plan could get very expensive very quickly. You can’t insist that she is sacked, no idea what you mean by pervenued holiday And what damages to your person and family? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Agree with elsien, I think that other party could have reprimand or disciplinary for false allegation but I doubt very much that you will get any form of payment.

Plus I’m not sure how you can say it was proved by your colleagues because in your earlier post you said there was a little evidence either way.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Is it proven that she lied / made malicious allegations? Or are her allegations against you not proven and, as we are all innocent until proven guilty, the case is dropped? The two are very different and, if it’s the latter, you don’t have any case against her and should just let it go.

was going to say the exact same thing.
At best, the OP could ask for it to be recorded on her record to potentially prove a pattern of behaviour the future.
I would still be looking for a job elsewhere

I suspect you should temper your expectations of recovering legal expenses, you chose that route.
No idea why you mean by the holiday aspect, were you on paid suspension or on A/L?

hello everyone, right… where to start… In the first interview I had with Human Resources, I simply explained what had actually happened and the type of "relationship" between me and the accuser. Immediately after this interview, I also had access to the interviews conducted with the accuser and those colleagues who were implicated by the accuser. From these interviews, it is clear that she told falsehoods, mentioned people who denied being there, and recounted events that others claimed they had not seen or heard. All this information was used by my solicitor to build my defense for the second interview. In fact, before the "judge appointed for the event," all this information and the solicitor's letter, plus I brought friends, colleagues, and former colleagues as witnesses to prove my identity, that is, that I am not the type of person who would commit this type of act. Thanks to all this, the judge proceeded to declare that the act did not occur, the case is isolated and unusual, and removed all charges and the suspension. From this point on, everything went back to almost normal. I'll write more about that later.

The judge? I thought this was a disciplinary hearing not a court of law.
