How to deal with unresponsive company?
My teenager managed to order £120 tracksuit which doesn’t fit so wants to return but doesn’t know how…I had a look on the order confirmation which states Returns not possible, full stop.
I googled the company, found the registered address in London. All good.
the website is literally blank as they are “awaiting new stock” - words fail me…No return address provided since returns are not possible.
I’ve emailed them twice so far to inform I want to cancel the order and return the goods and can they please provide a return address - used the only email address I could find on the order confirmation but have had no response.
I intend to send them letter before action but should I first send the unwanted goods to the registered address in London? What’s the best approach, please.
the website is tempscb.com
teenager says he learnt from his mistakes and regrets spending his hard earned money so I really want to help him on this occasion

That site doesn't look promising, in terms of lack of company information - if the company you've found is Tempscb Ltd, that was started last year by an 18 year old, so your realistic options may be limited. They're still obliged to comply with UK consumer rights legislation though, including the statutory requirement to accept contract cancellations - was the purchase made by credit card by any chance?

Have you tried complaining to Shopify the platform they use?

also looks like this is a fake website and scam - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/tempscb.com
The real seller is temps.cb

"Obliged" yes but actually getting any redress may be another matter unless (as you say) a credit card was used,
The real world danger is ending up without either the tracksuit or the money plus the cost of the return postage!
Would it be better to cut your losses and try and sell the unused tracksuit?

Looks like a Chinese drop shipper trying to look like real company. The person named as the director may not even know about it. I was listening to a scams podcast about bogus companies being set up to hide the actual location.

Looks like a scam site to me … video ads also say company is a Brazilian brand.
