Case, cable, cpu cooler are fine even they are 15 years old.
New Ryzen 5 5600G/ GT come with cooler
PSU may be a question mark. It depends which consair he got. Probably another £60 for PSU
However I do have a decent 10 years old+ PSU in my PC.
I do buy used hardware CEX, ebay and facebook marketplace and avforum classified. (P.S. I don't buy used SSD/ HDD)
But with ebay/ facebook/ avforum, you need to know what you are looking for.
