This is the joy of dealing with Czech Republic companies.

I'm not sure where the quoted wording is from but suspect that it may be in a section about flight delays/cancellations at the time of travel? My suspicion is that you will need to deal with Kiwi not Wizz, difficult though that undoubtedly is, so will need to continue to apply pressure to them to fix the scheduling issue, rather than to share booking details for you to do so yourself directly with Wizz.

These companies continue to operate as people continue to use them. The only way to stop them is to ignore them when they come up cheaper in searches or enquiries.

I'm sure that there will also be people who have had very good experiences with them, but have no need to post to say that is the case. Personally I wouldn't use them, but then I've bene reading these boards for years and did have a slight issue many years ago with Love holidays which put me off third party sites.

Unfortunately Kiwi are following their own Terms and Conditions exactly. Here's the part where they tell you everything must go through them and you cant contact Wizz directly:

"5.4In an effort to offer you the best prices for the Carriages, in some cases, we make the Carrier Reservations via channels or third parties which do not allow us to give you access to the user interfaces of the Carrier Reservations (e.g. Global Distribution Systems or booking partners). In such cases, you will have to process all your requests with the Carriers through our post-booking services."

And then here's the part where they say they'll decide if any amendments under 24 hours are acceptable or not:

"5.7If any of the offered alternatives meet the Self-transfer Time Requirement and the change between the original and the new departure is 24 hours or less, we shall accept the offered Carriage that in our opinion best matches the specification of your original Itinerary and inform you about this change."

Genuinely couldn't make this up! Kiwi are telling me I need to rearrange directly with the airline. I replied that's great, please give me the info I need to access the booking but they AGAIN refuse! I paid on credit card, is it worth trying a credit card chargeback?
