LBCCC by parking eye

Hi guys,

I have just received an LBCCC from Parkingeye. The original ticket was from a retail park, where I went to the gym and overstayed the time for parking. I did actually go the gym, but didn't realise I had to validate my parking. Also, the operational hours end at 10pm. They have a maximum stay of 3 hours, and I was there for 3 hours and 20 minutes. I've been ignoring all of the letters that they've sent to me, but now I have gotten the LBCCC, so feel as if though it's gotten a bit more serious now. What are my best next steps?

Thanks! What do you think is the best way to complain to the gym? I can only find their main contact number and the manager's linkedin.

I'd go in person and speak very loudly at reception about how you have received a parking charge when visiting the gym and are they willing to help you get it cancelled so you don't need to advise all your friends to find a different gym

I emailed the gym, and I got an automated response saying that I need to contact the parking company directly as they don't manage the car parks. Should I do that or shall I just await the next letter and go from there?

If its on a retail park, they are correct, so complain to the retail park management company or landlord or landowner
