Claim Form - DCBLEGAL / PARKINGEYE
Hi all,
So, other half parked at a Casino for an event there November 2021, has photo evidence of being at the event that night. (Parking was free, but Maybe was required to enter Car Registration at the event that evening, no proof of that either way).
She had probably received PCN's to the wrong address due to Car being registered at previous address.
Has received a Claim Form dated 04 MAR 2026 (attached photo).
I believe we need to take some sort of action prior to 18th March (14 days).
Slightly confused who to email to attempt to defend this. - That is if she can.
I have read through the guidance threads but still a little confused.
Any quick advice would be helpful.

Forum team removed the image of claim form probably because it wasn't redacted properly. Please post again covering personal info - name address, car reg, claim ref No and password.
Go to NEWBIES POST 2 - Small Claim scroll to section So, where to start dealing with a claim? and follow advice.
The person named on the Claim form needs to defend the claim so everything is done in their name.

Nope. The Defendant has 19 days to do the AOS but there's no point delaying and how to do the 8 easy steps is in the Template Defence thread. She can do this.
But not by email! Read the 8 steps.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

With an issue date of 04/03/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 09/03/26 and before or on 23/03/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 07/04/26
