Moorside Legal - Letter Before Claim

Hi all,

I have read the newbies thread and I can see an email template to send to a solicitor at Moorside legal, however upon searching I cannot find an email to send this to, nor does it give any information on the letter.

For context, I parked behind my apartment to unload furnishings, belongings as I just moved in, a sign by L&Q stated removal vehicles only max 2 hours and then I got a PCN after about an hour of staying there? They also used that sign in the evidence but upon appeal they rejected it and showed their PCN signs that were around but not in the space I was parked.

I ignored all debt letters and now received a letter before claim from Moorside Legal. Could someone advise please.

That second image is not evidence of anything to do with the site, it is purely an undated office master image of one of their signs, it doesn't even have the location stated.

When I appealed they gave a whole document indicating where the signs are it is where they said, however not where i was parked

Is the sign (contract) above used as evidence by them - if so the scam fees say £60:-

Once again those are a plan not reality and dated 15/08/24 they show nothing but intent from what I can see, was Arber House where you were "parked" even completed by the date of those plans?
