APCOA & EuroCP Sidcup Station 4x PC

Hi. My step-daughter received 2x parking charges APCOA and 2x parking charge notices EUROcarParks on 16, 17, 18 and 20th Feb at Sidcup Station. She appealed these as she did pay for parking using Ringo however, there are 3 separate car parks at Sidcup and she simply assumed they were all one and the same so that when Ringo detected her location and said "Sidcup Station" she assumed this was correct. It turns out that each section of car park is under a different Ringo code and her appeals were rejected. If this isn't trickery and a scam to make money then I don't know what is.

Do we need to address each charge separately? Can we bundle the 2 APCOA and 2 EPC?

Please could someone direct me where to start. Thank you.

She Appeals each one separately, as keeper, after studying the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

No blabbing about who was driving, no stories, no explanations, no self incriminating comments

I hope that she appealed each one as explained above ?

As she has already appealed ( presumably 4 separate appeals ) then its either popla or ignore , for each one

Drivers always need to check signage no assumptions

Are they ALL Parking Charge Notices. ? No Penalty Charges. ?

Did any of them offer the £20 keying error settlement option when rejecting the appeal. ?

Apcoa will probably be railway land charges, but ECP pcns are not on railway land, they are on private property

1. I have asked if she appealed all 4. I doubt she did.

2. She isn't aware of the forum so if she appealed it wouldn't be as per the newbie thread - but that's what I'm going to help support her through.

3. 2 are Parking Charges (APCOA) AND 2 are Parking Charge Notices. What difference does the wording make?

4. None offered a £20 keying error Charge. All said pay within 14 days and pay only £60 each. Else £100 each.

5. PCs vs PCNs - is the process different or is it the outcome that's different?

Since Boxing Day, companies like APCOA have changed from a Penalty Notice to Parking Charge at stations ( railwayland. ) , whereas ECP have always issued PCN,s on private property ( nothing to do with railway land. ) essentially they are now the same thing, where Pofa2012 may apply if the parking companies comply with the requirements
4. The £20 option may accompany an appeal rejection, not the actual PCN

5 This usually depends on the claimant, landowner, signage, POFA compliance or not etc, but essentially it's the same now ( didn't use to be. )
