If you don't want to lock your money away for as long as a year, have a look at notice accounts

2nd paragraph: Particularly as OP has specified an account that does allow cash withdrawals 🤔although I'm probably missing something and cash stakes may well have been banned at LBOs (to better identify problem gamblers?)

Thanks for all the help. My gambling is all by cash and would usually bet in shops but have now updated my list of shops I am self-excluded from (over 150). My bank has limited my cash withdrawals to £20 but Chase can't do this. Will probably cut the card up even though I can earn 1% cashback on groceries and travel. I have an online ban for 5 years which I have just set up again. Bookmakers on course will take thousands of pounds with no questions asked but that is why I am limited my access to cash. I live on my own and am aged 50. I only have savings due to losing my parents a few years ago. Some how, surprisingly, I still have enough money to buy a small house but don't know what to do as my job security is not good at the moment and continue to rent which is rather expensive.

Tesco savings accounts don't have ATM cards

Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

My jaw is dropping because you have enough to buy your own house yet you are still paying expensive rent!

If you cut the card up, but don't cancel it with Chase, you can still use it in Apple Pay/Google Pay for purchases. This would stop you withdrawing cash from ATMs but still let you earn the 1% cashback on your shopping.
