Edge Saver Problems?

A bit of a strange one, I’ve tried to transfer out a bit of cash this morning from my edge saver account and the app doesn’t bring up the account as an option on the pay screen. Do other people have the same problem?
I can see the account in my account list, and I can see the transactions. But then go to pay & transfer, then pay, and only my current account comes up as an option.
I’ve tired through online banking also, it’s like the account is only half there. I can’t navigate to see payees on the edge saver also through the ‘more options’ button.
I’ve raised an online chat and suspect it’ll be a good few hours yet before someone picks that up. Would be interested to know if it’s an isolated issue or a wider one.

Think the payees set up for Santander are specific to the accounts. To avoid having to set up multiple copies of the same payee it would be easier to just transfer funds from the Edge Saver to your current account and pay from there.
The transfers are (more or less) instantaneous.

it’s now working again.
Defo wasn’t a me issue, I have a single payee just from the edge saver. Have zero payees from current.

Mine looks okay on the App (Android). Have you not got the 'Pay & transfer' option when you click in to the Saver acct either?

I have just had a similar issue with my Santander savings accounts and also my Cahoot accounts. Cahoot are owned by Santander. Accounts were visible, but after clicking on them I was unable to view transactions, nor was I able to transfer money from them. The issue seems to have resolved itself. I first noticed the issue at around 6am today. It was working normally again as of 7.15am. It certainly made me quite anxious.

still happening online. clicking on any savings accounts crashes out, current accounts fine.
