After some pointing in the right direction for some info.

Parked at Vantage point, Brighton on an evening out end Feb (I know now, never will again!) Received Notice to keeper (i am keeper) parking charge 4th March for parking duration not paid in full. Total ANPRstay 19minutes over (this information is not on the paperwork) But "driver" paid for 3 hours, by card, using the very poorly lit machine probably with 5 minutes of entering (no longer have ticket) Had to use phone light to see the screen. Dont remember seeing the charges clearly shown at entrance to car park and car park was pretty much pitch black.

Appealed via their website using your template,no additions apart from adding bank transaction which has been expectedly rejected.

I had seen on a thread here something about parking there at night but i have searched and cant find it again.

I need to complain to landowner and refresh myself as to next steps from the Newbie thread. It was pitch black and couldn't see if it was possible to pay for an overstay so decided it was best to just hurry off the car park.

Does anybody know if there is a way to word the landowner complaint to maximise efficiency? Is there extra stuff from the thread i cant find that i should add in? Should i still refer to driver and myself as "Keeper" in that complaint?

Yep. No local parks there!

The landowner there won't cancel it. Just ignore them.

HI, I myself nearly "parked" in Vantage Point once (I was double-dipped on their ANPR), but that didn't stop them pursuing me over an unjust charge! They took me court and I won, as have various others and they also pull out at the last minute. There are various posts here on Vantage Point which are worth reading (if you type in One parking solution Vantage Point brighton). It will bring them up. If you click on my usernane, it will bring up my profile and will.show up under Posts Created. I know some of these threads will have possible contact details for the land managers for the site (was a company called Periworld). Although they weren't of any use for me (they just told me to contact OPS), but doesn't hurt to fire a quick email on the off-chance though. I think somebody got lucky with them on one of the threads.

The more complaints the better.

Doesn't matter if Periworld fob you off. Annoy them. Complain again! Make yourself a pain. OPS are long overdue in deserving to be kicked out of that entrapment site, IMHO and annoying landowners is one way to make them think twice when renewing contracts.

Thanks for all the comments. I will be complaining to the landowner while I wait for the inevitable debt collectors nonsense 🙄
