Hi I received a letter saying 'Your Parking Charge' from GroupNexus. saying i parked at a hospital on the 27th February 2026 and did not pay. I received the letter on the 13/03/2026 which is 15 days. I had been to my Doctors and received stressful information and had to get a urgent blood test. i went to the hospital very upset and stressed you get 30minutes free however after the blood test i was faint and upset so went in the cafe for a drink and to settle myself before I could drive. Do I just appeal as I know what theses private companies are like.

    Ideally, complain about it to PALS as soon as possible and get it cancelled, plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum
