ViaNOgo
I sold some Luke Combs tickets on Viagogo and received an email to say I had to confirm the sale within 48 hours. I tried this multiple times on 3 laptops, 2 mobile phones and the app and kept getting error messages on the Viagogo website. I contacted Viagogo on chat and via telephone on two occassions within the timeframe, I sent them screenshots and they escalated it. Before it was resolved they automatically cancelled the sale and have charged me £40. I filed a dispute but they are refusing to remove the £40 charge saying it was my responsibility as a sellar to confirm the sale, yet I was not able to because of an error on their website. Any advice please?

Continue to complain, but I'm pretty sure this is the outfit that's based in Switzerland and which operates under Swiss law. If you wanted to escalate via legal action you'd have to do so through the Swiss system.
