Here are some comments on the C1, so far as possible given the extent of redacting.

    Page 1

box 9 needs a value (same as the value in box in para 6 page 2)

    Page 2

The top box is obscured but it might only contain a name. It needs to be completed with the executor's full name and address.

The second box in para 1 should say ‘the sheriffdom of Tayside, Central and Fife in Scotland

Para 2. Might be better to replace  ‘07/01/2025’  with ‘7th January 2025’

Para 5 - in this case enter C2/1 in the box (manually)

    Page 3

Replace your house description with the suggestion from user1977. Ensure postcode is included.

Semi detached dwelling house, address etc etc etc…………………………….

Suggest you use ‘valued by executor’

Change moveable property to read moveable estate

The structure of the inventory needs some alteration. Aldermore and First Direct are based in England and if the accounts are not branch based in Scotland, then they would be listed under Personal Estate in England and Wales.

If Santander account is branch based in Scotland, then include details of the branch. Otherwise list under personal estate in England and Wales

Include bank address in the entries. For example see Aldermore bank screenshot below for possible layout.

    Screenshot 2026-04-09 23.13.30.png

One of the accounts is shown as a joint account, you should include who with, list full value and the amount due the deceased.

    Page 5

A tick is needed in box 22. If gross value for IHT is less than £325k tick no.

An entry is needed in boxes 23, 24 and 25

    C2 Inventory continuation

    The items need item numbering

The personal effects entry might better read with a shorter description.

The nil entries can be omitted. England and Wales is likely not nil anyway.

There needs to be a confirmation summary inserted totally into column 2 at the end of the inventory. As below

    Summary for Confirmation

    ESTATE IN SCOTLAND                        £ xxxx

ESTATE IN ENGLAND AND WALES    £ xxxx

ESTATE IN NORTHERN IRELAND       £ 0

    TOTAL FOR CONFIRMATION               £ xxxx

    Estate elsewhere                                      nil
