Home visit for IB medical

Just wondering if anyone else has had one of these and could tell me what to expect.
I have been given a home medical due to my panic attacks and anxiety.
Last year I wasnt as bad and I went to the actual centre for the medical.
Could anyone tell me if the home one is any different? - I'm really stressing about it.
Many thanks in advance

The visiting doctor should do the exact Personal Capabilities Assessment as if you were visiting the office for one. This is some info from the DIAL site
www.dialuk.info/info_service/Rights/IB_survival_guide_to_medicals.doc -I'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog too!0 -
Sorry but it's not linked. I'm not so good with this type of thing so can only suggest you copy and paste it.I'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog too!0

Hi I had a home visit for DLA in November but will be going on IB soon and will probably have to have another visit so I would like to hear this as well.
My dla home visit was not too bad, doctor just asked to see my meds and asked me to walk down the room which took me forever, asked me to raise my arms (no can do) and just asked general questions regarding who helps me dress wash etc.
He did tend to suggest things like"you can get up without assistance though from a sitting position" etc despite the fact there was a ruddy great riser/recliner chair in front of him..
He knew from my medical report that my illness is progressive and is not going to improve but still asked silly totally obvious questions.
Could have been worse I suppose as I did get my award unlike some people who genuinely are in need and get refused.
I don't think I would have been able to face an appeal as I was so very frail / ill.
