UKPC
I have received a parking charge for straying across white lines on a virtually empty car park, I appealed to POPLA who rejected my appeal and UKPC have referred the matter to solicitors. I have had several letters with the solicitors and to date they will not provide me with a photograph containing the time of arrival and departure, nor will they provide any information as to the camera used,=. They claim the 10 minute rule does not apply to parking lines. My point is that I have not been given time to read any signage, I have also taken a photograph to demonstrate that the walk from my car to the store is possible without seeing any warning signs.
The solicitors are refusing to answer any questions and have claimed they will refer the matter to the County Court for a judgement against me.
My view is that there is no contract

Wait for the Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice, followed by the inevitable Money Claim

It'll be DCB Legal so the OP wants the Claim Form because that's the end game where they ALWAYS discontinue before hearings.
@jetjockey320 stop asking them questions and read @Umkomaas' DCB Legal discontinuances thread. That is where you want it to go.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
