Thanks. It must be over 20 years since I used these and I remember the test products but as you say they weren't much.

They are a joke now.

Long time member, but just been offered 50p for a 20 minute survey.

On top of that, I fully completed, (not screened out) long surveys that told me they were fully done and they refused to pay up.

Can't be bothered any more.

I don't know what's changed but Pinecone Research isn't what it was! Like Marfy I've been with them for many years but, when I tried to "Redeem" my points recently, everything was different .. and definitely worse.

I sent this message:
"I have just gone through a lengthy process to obtain a Gift Card only to find that I cannot use it online but have to go to the store! This is really NOT helpful as it was not clear beforehand that the card could only be used in the store.
I have been a member of Pinecone Research for many years but the process of claiming rewards has obviously changed recently. Please bring back the cash option, which is much less restrictive, or issue Gift Cards which can be used when ordering shopping online."

.. and received this reply:
"Thank you for your feedback, it will be passed along to the appropriate individual. We appreciate your assistance in helping to improve the member experience of our panel!"
