IVA Final Review

Hello, I am in my final year of my IVA can anyone tell me what to expect with my final review? Is it exactly the same as the annual review months bank statements, 12 months payslips and P60 or do they ask for more evidence?

II don't see why it should be any different. Just looking to see any changes over the past 12 months

I thought maybe as it’s the final one they might do a more extensive review before signing it off so was looking to understand if this should be expected

I think it depends if the previous annual reviews were thorough. If they were not (or sometimes did not happen) then the final review may be more extensive.

Thanks for commenting, the previous ones were all exactly the same, 3 months statements, 12 months payslips and a P60 plus a declaration of no changes. I thought maybe there was a process that the practitioner needed to satisfy in order for the creditors to sign off like a seperate review or collection of information. I find the whole thing really stressful I really can’t wait for it to be over.

They shouldn't ask for anything any different from the last time.

As its the final review, the IP has to make certain to check all the boxes, make final disbursements to creditors, and basically wind down the whole thing so they can supply you with a completion certificate once you make your last payment.
