Etihad Non-refundable Ticket

Etihad says customers can request a refund on flights up to 21st March but the form asks you to confirm that you understand your fare rules and that a refund will only be processed if you are eligible. What has been the outcome for those with non-refundable tickets?

If you were due to travel before 21 March and bought directly from them before 28 feb then you can get a full refund even on non-refundable tickets.
If you booked via a travel agent etc you have to speak to them
