Thank you for the great suggestions. I will appeal to POPLA based on those three points and review the recent appeals. Thank you so much

It looks like i have missed the time frame of POPLA appeal and I am getting "final chance before action" letters. What do I do? They are asking me to pay 100 gbp and letters says they will engage debt collectors and increase fee to 170 gbp

Can I request premier parking to give another chance to appeal through POPLA?

No, you've missed the window, but it doesn't matter because POPLA isn't genuinely independent.

Wait for a Letter of Claim and ignore the powerless debt collector letters in the meantime.

See the MSE guide Private parking tickets for the reasons why you don't respond (or post them here, we've all seen them before).

'Premier Parking' isn't involved. That's not the name of your parking company.

Why on earth do you want to appeal to POPLA? It's close to useless.

Obviously you want the laughable £170 threatograms - so what - bring 'em on! You should already know what to ignore, if you've looked at the pictures in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread.

Don't show us the letters when they come, please. Just read the thread.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
