Acorn Stairlift Serial number - 150018949859
In January 2026 I purchased the above stairlift. When I went into my Acorn Club account it flashed up that I had requested a service call for this serial number in June 2025. I did not own the stairlift then. My stairlift was supposed to be new but that has now put doubts into my mind that I have actually received a reconditioned one! Has anyone purchased a stairlift with this serial number please?
Thanks

The chances of a possible previous owner of this specific stairlift just happening to read this post on this site at this time are infinitesimal.
Quick Google shows an
Acorn Stairlift Users Group on Facebook, maybe try there?

Where did you buy it from?

Maybe a potential typo on the system, someone could have entered a digit wrong on their request and entered yours by mistake?
