3x DCBL money claim letters

Hi All

I new to this forum and have searched for templates to write back to money claim online, my wife has recieved 3 different parking charges. I was told to ignore all letter by a friend which I did and now I have 3x moneyclaim letters from Civil National Business Centre for all 3 charges.

Wife parked and forgot the purchase ticket on private land outside a train station for 2 off them and the other one is for a pharmacy where she purchased something and forgot to enter her reg number, cant find receipt and paid for item in cash…

I would be greatful if someone could guide me to the temaplates to fight dcbl on there elivated charges, so I can repsond on the moneyclaim online.

If its 3 separate Money Claims, different reference numbers, you need each one to have its own thread

DCBL are not involved here, its DCB LEGAL , solicitor firm

Presumably each claim has your partners name on it ? Or do they have your own name ?

Name the parking company involved in each thread, add the issue date from the top right of the claim form in each thread, plus attach redacted pictures of the POC in each thread too

So make this thread claim 1 and add the information required

Open 2 more threads for claim 2 and claim 3, with the relevant information
