Update: Both claims have been settled at £10 each at mediation. The court would have consolidated both mediation appointments too, but they had already been assigned to different legal reps on the other side. Thank you all for your help :)

£10 is a win! Each claim cost them a £35 fee. Typical DCB Legal (waste of air).
