I've been using the AgileBuddy website for a while. I'm on Agile tariff and if I compare my use with Agile itself, I would expect it to say they are equal but it doesn't. It says that agile is a few pounds per month more expensive than my actual Agile tariff. It makes me wonder how accurate it is with the other tariffs which is a shame because it's a useful idea.

Any reason or ideas why this may be so?

Thanks for that. It's not that but it made me look around the site and update stuff and that seems to have made it good. Can't really see why it should but no matter. Gas on the other hand is not working properly. It knows what tariff I'm on but doesn't use the correct figures. Doesn't matter though, I can live without it.

Coming back to this because AgileBuddy and Octopus Compare are telling me two different things.

I've had a look in both and can't see the reason for the discrepancy; AB has Cosy consistently being more expensive than OC which means it tells me Agile is significantly cheaper, whereas OC is telling me Cosy is cheaper. I no longer know which one to trust which won't be helpful if Agile's prices in the near future make me think about switching.

Update: AgileBuddy is in fact wrong (phew), the rates it's using for Cosy are too high. They might be the fixed rates. I found this by going to 'new' then 'Cosy'.

@Spoonie_Turtle they are the fixed rates currently variable is 26.67/40.01/13.09 sc 52.19 for East , I checked those on 29/8 whilst preparing for winter.

I found some time ago that AgileBuddy was wrong too, not for Cosy though, so I abandoned it
