Luton Airport Drop off missed eadline to appeal

Hello all,

I was just about to write the appeal but have realised I missed the date of appeal to APCOA for luton drop off parking charge.

I have been scannig the forum, and have found the no registered keeper liability but I really struggled to find the template - however it is for the in-time appeals.

Please could anyone help me write a template to appeal after the date has passed? I find it very difficult to navigate the forum to find the correct template, it contains an overwhelming amount of information (especially, the NEWBIES thread), just a little too much for me. I'm also a little stressed now that I've realised the appeal date has passed….

Thank you in advance.

Ignore them. This is already stated in all APCOA threads. Nothing happens.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I tend to worry a lot. Is there a way to try to avoid getting letters from them for the next 6-12 months? If not, I will accept the letters rather than pay the fine. I just wanted to know if there is a way I can shut them off..?

    Thanks again!

Alright, I'll accept my faith and my failing memory.

I dont have shredder and an animal to feed them but will happily just bin them then.

    Many thanks!

No, put them in a drawer just in case they change the habit of a lifetime and start making claims later. Nothing to worry about.
