Definitely Not ( no fine, no offences ), should be written in the 3rd person too

Study post 2 in newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, followed by studying the first 2 posts in the defence template thread in announcements

You need to dispense with the word "owner". That is of no relevance.

You were neither the keeper or the driver.

You ceased to become the keeper on date X/X/XXX and therefore are under no liability for amount claimed.

You need to defend the claim. I don't know what that letter is about and it's full of inaccuracies.

With an issue date of 04/03/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 09/03/26 and before or on 23/03/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 07/04/26

    That isn't the template defence.

You are NOT at appeal stage.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Please reassure us that you've now read the second post of the NEWBIES thread (about the Template Defence), not the first (about appealing a new PCN)?

I'm concerned you need to focus on the right stage and not rush & fire off the wrong thing. You are not emailing the solicitor or the PPC. You are defending a court claim.
