Amazon Order only received 1 item, others "Delayed Not Yet Shipped"

I placed an order on 2 January 2026 for 4 journals from Amazon UK.

Only 1 of the items was delivered the next day, and the Order status said "Delayed, not yet shipped."

2 months on, and after repeated customer service emails, Amazon have told me that it is "too late to cancel the order" and because I have had 1 delivered they "cannot issue a refund."

Can anyone help? Where do I stand on this?

Don't email them - get on live chat and keep escalating until you get to someone who can fix the issue.
