PCN for entering private car park on a Sunday after 4pm
Hi everyone,
I got a PCN for being in a private car park for 8 minutes - didn’t realise as I answered my mobile.
Failed my appeal with popla as they said there was good signs. I stated not good on entry and about 15 cars in between a few signs when I went back to check.
I really want to continue to fight this. But do I have a chance?
I have also moved since they issued me with this. They have no way of me contacting them, should I write to them to update their records or will they get my info from dvla again.
Thanks

Name the private parking company claimant involved
Email their DPO with a Data Rectification Notice, changing the address details
They are only allowed to access the DVLA database once only per incident

No, PPC not allowed to ask DVLA again.
You must notify them of your new address to stop any court claim going to your old address.
Email parking company DPO see NEWBIES Announcement thread POST 4 - Debt Letters scroll to Changed address for advice.

Just update your address.
Open all letters.
Job done.
Come back if you get a Claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
