Court claim

Hi I had a £60 parking charge for going over 20 minutes I received the letter to late as when I went to pay it went up to £100 I appealed saying it was unfair as it didn’t give me 14 days.

I appealed had no response for months looked in spam not there then had a letter saying I haven’t paid and it’s gone up to £175 and it’s to late to appeal . I then wrote a letter stating I hadn’t received a reply and sent in information of what I had received and I thought it was unfair to make me pay £175 as I haven’t received any response. I then got a letter saying it’s been handed on to debt collection agency in the meantime I had an operation and was in no fit state to deal with it. So now it’s gone to court . Any advice on how I can handle this please.

Name the private parking company claimant involved and any solicitors

Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form

Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first

Just use the same Template Defence as used in the other Group Nexus threads this week. All the same. Dead easy!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Put the password in correctly!

You've misread a capital I (eye) as a lower case l (ell) or vice versa.
