Renumber after paragraph 3, each paragraph needs to be individually numbered, so Renumber to 11 or 12 paragraphs

Try to keep it concise with as few extra numberd paragraphs as possible

    AND REMEMBER …..

"also claims £70 contractual recovery costs as set out in its terms and conditions and the ATA code of practice."

The small number of legals who play around with pocket money and they all think the same, that the ATA code of practice is a law ?

As a members club, the BPAcode of practice was set up to benefit parking companies. The £70 is just a scam known as the OSNER SCAM .

Again BWL are ignoring the Supreme court ruling …. judges of course are fully aware of the Supreme court ruling and will see the fake £70 is just a scam and extortion

Does the sign show very clearly the word contractual or is it hidden away in the small print

Helping others on here, I have been in court on 3 Britannia/BWL cases where they added a fake £70. All 3 cases were dismissed by the judges

It is a form of Double Recovery which the courts do not allow. A BIG TRY-ON

If you can, take a picture of the sign and post it here

That’s really annoying, especially if you genuinely thought it was free at that time. These parking charge things can get super stressful, but people do get them overturned quite often when the signage isn’t clear or properly visible.

In the future, to avoid these private parking traps, I’ve started using YourParkingSpace. It’s much safer because you can book and pay through the app in advance, so you aren't squinting at confusing signs in the dark trying to figure out if it's free.

Stick to your guns on the "inadequate signage" argument. If it wasn't clear, you shouldn't be penalized.

Ha! Very easy to get a Parkmaven "fine" if you make any mistakes with YourParkingSpace.
