Eon/Powergen Price Protection 2009?

Does anyone know if there is a minimum tie in to this tariff, or if we could move from it before it ends?
We have a debt with Powergen, so can't go to another supplier right now, so we're looking to minimise the damage when the price rises kick in.
But - I don't want to be lumbered with it if their rises are less than the current tariff differences.
I can't see anything online, and their phone lines are now shut. A bit wary of waiting until Monday as they have a habit of closing these tariffs to new customers just before they bump prices (been caught with that before).

When you pull the tariff up on Energyhelpline.com,
it states "• No tie-ins or cancellation fees "
But, its appx 20% higher than EnergyOnlineExtra 3, so a bit of a gamble.Bad Spellers of the world untie0
