Co-Op Regular Saver matured but no interest?
My Co-Op regular saver matured today as per the email I received and turned into a Smart Saver. Their website says interest should be added upon maturity. What's going on? Has anyone else seen this?

My Co-op RS matured on the 4th and interest was credited at that time £112.91p so not sure what is going on. I would give it a few hours and see if it changes.
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
Has the overall balance changed to include the interest? I had one mature on Wednesday which had an “interest” entry with no amount indicated. However the overall balance had increased by about the right amount and I was able to withdraw it.
On the other hand it might just be because it’s Saturday and you’ll see your interest on Monday.

No. Total is £3250, sum of deposits. Never seen this before and I've had every regular saver under the sun for years!

Mine matured recently and interest added as expected. Maybe a weekend thing but give them a call.

DragonQ, regarding the 7% Coop account converting to a super saver TODAY and not receiving any interest….
Yes!! I came here to ask exactly the same question!!
I've moved the £3250 out to my external account and secure messaged them to ask about this (it says I'll get a response within 48 hours). I suspect it is something to do with it being Saturday as they've always paid the interest at the point of maturity before but at least we're not alone!
Enjoy your weekend,
xx

I was going to suggest might be something to do with it being a weekend. I'd wait until Monday or Tuesday and see what happens. Mine matures on Tuesday, so I'll see what happens to mine.
Make mental notes to open your new ones so they don't mature at a weekend - I think Co-Op's Regular Saver doesn't start until you've made your first payment, so can open/apply for it now, and not fund it until Monday
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?1 -
If you apply for it today it might not be be open until Wednesday: I applied last Wednesday morning and it's only appeared today. Deposits to this RS on a non-working day are treated as next working day.

Had one last year, it takes a few days, that's just how it works for some reason.

My CooP maturity letter says....'If this date doesn't fall on a Business Day-, your funds will be available on the next Business Day- after your maturity date.'
I wouldn't want to work on a Saturday either.

Always best to read your maturity letter/e-mail, then you won't be disappointed and you'll find it tells you that you'll get your funds on Monday.
