Iglu Cruises
My husband and I are currently stranded in Singapore due to the issues in the middle east. We were at the end of a cruise package purchased thorough Iglu. We were due to fly home via Doha, Qatar last Monday but clearly that hasn’t happened. We have contacted Iglu via their emergency helpline and have been told that they will be booking us onto a flight with Qatar once the airspace opens. We have asked to be switched to another carrier which doesn’t fly via the Middle East but have been told that their “options are limited.” As the UK government have advised against travel to Qatar, am I in my right to refuse this flight?

You have the right to refuse that flight but don't have the right to insist on a better one if that's what you mean?

But will I loose my rights for them to get me home?

I presume flights not via the Middle East are now a lot more expensive, because of demand... Are Iglu paying for you to be in a hotel at the moment?
