I'll help you budget if you help me!
My diary is - My fresh, shiney, new diary (I don't have a link!) But thanks for finding me interesting.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Thanks!! I'll maybe send you a PM one evening when I have grown the guts to go through my spending diaries. You still have time to get this sorted out then.
I let myself have £30 a week 'spends' money, but have a habit of going over this. Feel free to PM me.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
I got the idea to check my DFD if I only made minimum repayments from a nother forum poster, lunar,
and mine is 2027!!!
Unbeleiveable.
Anyway; am having a reasonably bearable January, considering everything that's been going on, and it being January!! We all got paid a week early in December and I think it's starting to pinch for a few people here but luckily I think I'm going to manage it this month. I think the 'not increasing my Debt' thing is quite important, I have done so this month, but I learnt my lesson and cut up the card. If I don't increase my debt then I feel I've acheived something, even if I don't pay it all off.
I'm really beiginning to understand the term 'swallowed up' by debts; little amouts I've made on Quidco etc. seem really impressive, but when I put them towards these debts they seem insignificant.
Anyway, thats me off for another day, have big party tonight I'm super excited !!!LBM : August 2007my debts: less than this time last year....!DFW Nerd Club #706I'm Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0 -

Just wanted to say they may seem insignificant in comparision to some of your debts, but they add up. Even if its £1.18 or something thats money you wouldnt of had otherwise, thats how im looking at it!

Think I'm going to open another Bank Account, probably the A&L one on Quidco, to use for my Quidco/eBay/PayPal type things coming in and going out. Just want to keep all that AWAY from my OD or CC.
Am going to post Q on the accounts board to see if anyone has had any experience of them closing the account if you don't close your old one.LBM : August 2007my debts: less than this time last year....!DFW Nerd Club #706I'm Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0 -
