Inheritance Forms

Good morning

My friend recently passed away and im dealing with his estate, we are at the final distribution stage and already have probate, theres no tax to pay and the estate sits at £280k.

We have kept records of everything, theres no debt so all really straight forward

As we have a will and probate, are there any other forms we need to complete or can we just distribute the money?

No IHT liability so no IHT return required. There may be some tax to pay if the estate generated more than £500 in income during the administration, but other than that you can distribute the estate.
