    1. Aptia used my 26/27 tax code for my March 2026 pension payment.
    2. My P60 figures are the same as my final payslip year to date figures.
    3. Separately, Aptia refunded me with the overpayment caused by them using the wrong tax code in March 2026.
    4. My PTA online shows each month’s pension amounts and tax deductions but with a second March row with zeros.
    5. The total on this page does not add up to the 12 individual months.
    6. It is lower by the amount of my Aptia refund.

Does this make sense and can you see any problem?

If you think this is okay you will have answered my question.

If it helps I could see if I could post a screenshot of my PTA monthly figures.

Here is a screenshot from my HMRC personal tax account online. If nothing else it is a poor show that the tax column does not add up to the total. The figure on my P60 and March payslip cumulative is £6,588.00

I have just received a letter from Aptia advising me of my amended P60 tax figure. They also say that the letter may be used as official confirmation if required.

Clearly the P60 that I received was system generated and hence agreed with my final monthly payslip, both showing the incorrect figure.

That sounds promising but maybe worth checking your Personal Tax Account and checking the section called View your employment, pension and Income Tax history.

That should explicitly show (per tax year) what HMRC think your taxable pension and tax deducted amounts are for each PAYE source you have.

It is different to the list of Real Time Information submissions in your previous screenshot.

It is the same, in fact I have followed your link but it only takes me to the screen that I posted. *

The total is correct, but as you will see, £242.60 is missing from the second entry for tax deducted for 28 March 2026.

*Edit: Apologies @Dazed_and_C0nfused , I can see the summary and it does show the correct figure of £6,345.40.
