Fighting Parking Charge Notice

Hello

I am in the process of following the MSE guide to fighting a parking charge notice.

I lost my appeal with the company that issued it and also the POPLA appeal, but still feel the charge is grossly unfair and that the terms and conditions were not easy to read.

I intend to fight this in front of a judge.

I have now had a letter from solicitiors. Can anyone tell me if this is the official 'Letter before Claim' that I now need to respond to?

Thank you

Also answered in the MSE Guide Feedback thread. That letter came from ZZPS. Ignore it.
