If it wasn't a concern, you wouldn't be asking.

It's a total and utter non-issue. Just give it the same service as you'd do normally, and give the poor thing some exercise. 2k/year is bad for cars, especially since it's inevitably been a diet of short journeys.

There won't be any grub or grot to clear out from the engine - but there will have been a load of condensation from simply never getting properly warm.

The difference between 10w30 and 5w30 is that 10 is a LITTLE BIT thicker when cold - but both are thicker cold than they are hot. Both are the same when hot. 10w30 to 10w40 - the 40 is a bit thicker hot. You don't really want thicker oil unless you've got internal wear causing the pressure to leak off - it's just harder to pump around.

There is a reason why manufacturers recommend a car should be services annually and that service includes Oil (meeting particular specifications) and filter.

Does that means it needs anything more than an oil and filter change? No.
