Window / patio rubber seal

Any clues what model / type this rubber seal is? There are so many but can't find this one .

It's on the inside French/ patio doors

You will need to take some out of the frame to get the correct type and size you need.

If you take some out of the slave door you should see at the top of bottom of the frame a joint(there may not be there but in a corner) and pull that out and cut about 100mm and then use that as a guide to search for a like for like replacement.

Some companies will send you a sample pack with small samples of loads of different profiles. You can then select the right one and order from them.

I would just buy a new complete set of French doors.

Only joking.

If you can't get an exact match you could try and get some samples of bubble gasket and try different sizes.

Is the seal on the inside of the door or the exterior that the photo is of?
