I must have switched mine just before the exit fee was applied - phew. Mine was updated at lunchtime to the £0 exit fee tariff. Suspect they’re trying to slow down the volume changing tariffs!

Yep - exit fees of £50 a fuel applied to all fixed tariffs from 5pm today cos of issues due to Iran according to an internal note I saw late afternoon.

Switched myself mid morning leaving Gas Tracker to the 12M Fixed March 2026v1 as I can't see any short or medium term scenario where Gas prices go down to what I had up until the last few days.

Well I have checked this morning still on gas tracker but the date has changed from October 26 to 10th April 26 exactly the same as my current Octopus Go ?

I am going to chase them up this morning.

Well I phone this morning lovely member of staff Khadija handled my call corrected all the mistakes done by the other member of staff yesterday and changed my gas tracker to a 12 month fix starting from 12.00 today.

As regards my Octopus Go which end 10th April it cannot be changed until near the date, they will send a link before hand.

And yes all 12 month fixed attract a £50 penalty.
