GroupNexus Parking Fine advice
Hi all,
I’m after a bit of honest advice please.
I’ve received a parking charge from Group Nexus for allegedly overstaying a 3 hour limit at a retail park. The time they’re using is just based on the entry and exit camera timestamps, and they’re saying I overstayed by 25 minutes.
I’m not sure whether it’s worth appealing or whether I’m just clutching at straws. From what I’ve read online, some people seem to have successfully challenged similar tickets, especially where it’s based purely on camera times, but I don’t know how common that actually is.
Before I decide what to do next, I’d really appreciate some views on whether this sounds realistically worth fighting or whether I’m likely to be wasting my time.
Thanks.

No paying. You will never have to pay a penny. Just ignore it if Plan A doesn't work.
Plan A is not 'appeal'. See my signature.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
