pcn charge over 24 hours stay

I got a pen from a company called group nexus at RoadChef clacker lane west on the m25. it states I was there for over 24 hours I daily commute on that route and go in the occasionally to pick up a coffee or sandwich the time in was 06.32 on 18.02 and it said I departed the next day at 06.49 obviously it looks like the departing camera never got the picture. the vehicle is a van which I need for work and would not left in the middle of nowhere for a day. have sent a letter with the blurry pictures they provided I cannot get these to come up online when I go into the charge any help will be appreciated before I contest this please

    It will be a double dipping case, 2 short visits recorded as one long visit, so they should have seen the orphan images and checked

    Appeal as keeper, with a suitably worded keeper appeal based on double dipping
